One of our favorite boy baby dolls has always been the Corolle Mon Premier. This baby boy doll has won numerous awards, including Astra’s top 20-holiday toy award and Toy Portfolio Platinum award.

The doll comes dressed in a very cute blue outfit with a little hat and both are machine washable. His body is made of a soft bean fill and he even has a vanilla scent to him! It is a very durable doll and can withstand a ton of abuse from your little one.

Gotz Aquini Boy – This adorable baby doll is made of vinyl and best of all is painted with non-toxic chemicals. This little guy will drink from his bottle and then he wets in his diaper. He has brown eyes and free of any phthalate materials. Of course just like the Mon Premier, he is built to last as well. The Aquini Boy comes with towel and bottle accessories.

Mommy Look I Can Swim Doll – Made by MGA Entertainment this is a really creative doll that any child will get a kick out of – literally. This doll actually swims when you place him in the tub or swimming pool; it is quite a sight and is guaranteed to make your kids squeal with delight. He comes with a beach towel, squirting toy, sunglasses and sandals.

The La Newborn 14″ Real Boy by Ed Berenguer – This is an anatomically correct baby doll that is more for collectors than children. The doll comes with a bracelet and a real diaper. It looks so real, that sometimes we forget it isn’t! You can buy separate accessories such as bottles, a blanket and even a pacifier.

All of the baby boy dolls above are what we consider to be some of our favorite baby boy dolls. Again this is only our opinion, but we think you will agree that almost any child would instantly fall in love with any of these dolls.
